convert txt file to sms nokia file

I have download all my sms from my nokia 6600 with oxygen phone manager, but after software upgrade I would upload all my old sms back to the phone.
THe problem is that oxygen phone manager haven't the uploading functions, and I only can save in txt file.
How I can do to restore my sms to my phone? I haven't a backup of memory phone.
Somebody know another application with a function to upload sms to the phone?
Somebody know how I can convert the txt file in binary nokia format so I can upload it manually in C.\system\mail ?

i think if you upload them in /txt they will still work
