😮 this is crazy - I tried about every permutation on my p800 and outlook but still my outlook meetings and events show up on my p800 at the incorrect time eg. if a meeting in outlook is scheduled at 8 a.m. it shows up at 3 p.m. on my p800 - I'm about to master reset this dammed thing - any ideas, btw also any ideas on how to master reset this thing?

Have a look at this thread http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/13174/. Basically, it's probably not Outlook, but your PC that is set incorrectly.
As for a master reset. It's something along the lines of Up * Down down * Up *. A quick search should give you what you are looking for.
