Where has my memory gone

I got an A925 yesterday and it had roughly 10mb internal memory spare. I installed smartmovie and a codec to the phone all was fine but this only left me 3.7mb internal memory left so i uninstalled them both. Trouble is even uninstalled i still have i still only have the 3.7mb of internal memory, and i cant get it back to the original 10mb ish no matter what i try
