I just got my QD yesterday, and it seems that Nokia has improved their Bluetooth service. I also have a Nokia 6600, which has the same OS, and the bluetooth on that is very sporadic, at least when connecting to PC Suite. It won't connect much more often than it does. I've been connecting with my QD via BT, and it's donw it every time without a problem (knock on wood). Was the old NGage also solid with Bluetooth connectivity to the PC?
Improved Bluetooth on QD?

I've been sending data back & forth between my N-Gage and my new N-Gage QD all day... I also think the bluetooth connection on my QD seems much more reliable. I don't have an explanation for it though...
BT on my 6600 to the headset or another mobile device was always solid. It was the connection with the desktop and PC Suite that had constant problems. Someone on another board suggested that they fixed PCSuite and the MRouter, not the BT service, which is possible. Too bad I can't use the QD's PC Suite with my 6600.

But that wouldn't explain why the bluetooth connection seems more reliable on my QD when sending data DIRECTLY between my N-Gage and my QD...
I wouldn't know about reliability, but i still think Nokia has some stability issues to work out. Coz if u try play games with Bluetooth u'll realize that bluetooth tends to hang the game fairly often. It happens for me for The Sims, Rally Pro and Splinter Cell.

Yeah, often the bluetooth connection on my QD "hangs," forcing me to switch bluetooth off and then back on in order to rectify the problem! As I said though, when it's working, the bluetooth connection on my QD seems much more stable...
