Hi guys,

Just found out that there is open source software called P3NFS that lets you share files on the 7650 over infrared or bluetooth to Linux..

http://www.ki-ag.de/html/tech/p3nfs.html

Can anyone evaluate this ? I dont have linux. (I should but I dont have HDD space)

Well, I dont know about the software in question, but uptill now I havent had any problems transfering files from the phone to my linux machine or vice versa using obex file transfer. The bluetooth stack I use on my linux machine is affix (http://affix.sourceforge.net).

Everybody seems to say that when you use bluetooth the device appears as a shareable folder. Is this true ? I am using win98 and IRDA serial adapter.. can anyone help ?
