certainly am mate.

Didnt get me any options to enter a code, just said Cannot Clear GPRS Counter and wouldnt go past that hehe

That's is very very strange, man... :-?

Perhaps I should consult my ISP about this PIN2 problem. Hope they will able to solve.

BTW, beside OsirisMedia, anyone able to clear the GPRS counter without need to key the PIN2 code or can not clear due to PIN2 code problem??

Please response.

Yeah i had exactly the same problem. When clearing the GPRS counter it asked for a pin2. After repeated attempts it locked the pin2 and asked for a puk2. After more repeated attempts it locked the pin2 and puk2 codes altogether. I phoned Vodafone (here in New Zealand) and they said that the only fix is to send in my sim and they will fix it OR to purchase a new sim and have all my details loaded on to it. I did the latter and from there i was able to enter the default pin2 code and clear the GPRS counter....a happy ending to my story. The default pin2 code escapes my memory at the moment but i think it differs for different country's networks. It does not appear to be a phone dependant code as it is a sim based code. Just phone you GSM network provider and they will let you know.

Ok guys I just made a call to my ISP and they replied that PIN2 code are not support in Singapore.

They are not able to help me clear my GPRS Counter. So I guess I have to leave it running till the phone dead.
