cant remove stuck voicemail msg

its stuck in my inbox and wont die! 😞

anyone know if i cn accesses the folder where it is kept (file manager?) and kill it that way

I have this problem too!Nightmare eh?!
I stick my SIM in another phone and delete them from there...pain in the erse but got to do it!!!

Anyone have any ideas on this one?

I've had this before on a SE T68i and an old Nokia. In both cases it's been a problem at the phone operators end (Orange UK in my case). Try checking with them and see if they can clear it down.

i have had this problem too i just went to the global support and updated software. i can delete them messages now
