Just thought this might be interesting. Another picture showing the not so bad quality of the camera of the 7650. I've taken a picture of some of the phones that I have, the rest such as the 8910 and classic 6110 that I also have weren't with me at the moment.

im rather interested in the 8810 been looking for that and the 9000 and the 1610. I have all these phones because I'm a partner in a travel, tourism, and cargo company we ship all the phones from Finland to the main distributors in the United Arab Emirates, and I get one of each model for free. 😃 Please reply as to what u want in exchange for the 8810, 9000, or 1610, be it money or whatever, must be mint condition.
I believe the qulaity of the Camera is VERY determined by the light on the space.
I took one last night in a okay well lit area, one with standard one with Night, and it was okay qulaity but not too sharp
I took one in a VERY well lit area, and it was clear sharp and everything, and was on standard which leads me to believe light is the answer to great pics on this phone.

Summary! Everything the camera picks up is light! The stronger the light beam the clearer and better the picture quality! So when there is more light there is a better picture!
