DKU-2 Cable

I have been supplied with dku-2 cable with my 7610, however when installing the software for it using my nokia cd, the installation wizard stops giving an error message saying "Service Pack 1 needs to be installed to the target machine," prior to installing. What is this service pack. CAN ANY1 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I think its refering to service pack 1 for windows xp.

If you're using Internet explorer, you should be able to download the service pack by using Windows Update.

Alternatively you can get it here.
