While I believe that the Mac OS X UI is one of the best ever designed, I hate the idea of almost completely copying a theme to a different device. It sometimes doesn't make sense such as

calling it "Mac OS X Symbian" (Mac OS X is not running on that device)
displaying an Apple-Menu
using icons that are totally irrelevant ("Home" icon for "MMS", "Console" icon for "Tasks", "Disk Tools" for "Bluetooth"(?!?), "Install" for "Infrared" etc.)
titling the "about" box "About this Mac".

Instead the creators should have used UI elements (text fields, combo boxes, scroll bars, check and radio boxes etc.) only to enhance a UI. A $5.00 waste!
