I can not dial 8 nor use it while writing sms. All buttons works properly except 8. While I was talking on the phone, the phone itself dials all the eights I pressed before. I haven't heard such a problem before from anyone else. I formatted my phone but nothing changed.If anyone faced this kind of problem or have a solution pls advise.

Sounds like a job for an authorized Nokia service center to me. Might be enough to open up the phone and clean the keymat/contacts, but could be worse than that just as well.
