problem in profiles

I am having a peculiar problem in profiles. Whenever I switch "on" vibratory mode, the volume level set for particular profile works well. If I switch it "off", volume level goes to minimal level, say two points. This problem can be noticed only when an incoming call arrives. We cant sense this problem when we are setting up a profile, volume level is working fine irrespective of in which state the vibratory mode is. I bought the system during Jun 2004 and the problem happened after a month, say during Jul 2004 and still it is there. Near by Nokia care not able to fix the problem. I didnt install any softwares when the problem was there. Then i tried with Psiloc Extended Profiles. But still the problem is there. Can anyone Please help??!!
