first of all I'm sorry for my bad english, but I do my best and hope you will understand what I'm talking about. I have the following problem with my ngage: After installing a lot of software which I got from the Internet (I know this wasn't very smart ) I suddenly wasn't able to write sms anymore. It doesn't matter which button in the SMS menu I push I am only able to write numbers. I am not able to change this with the "pen button", because it has no function. I tried to reload the software under devices to the status I buyed the phone, but every time I try it I become a failure message: Programm closed.
Any Idea what I could do? Is it some kind of Virus?
