Screen flickering

I have had quite a few problems with my N-Gage QD so far... This is one of them:

Once in a while, while playing or using the device in any way, the screen flicks for a few hundreds of a second. During that flick you can see that the display turns everything upside down. Afterwards everything is normal....

Does this happen to all N-Gages or should I consider to turn it in for service?

I've not had too many problems with my QD, but I HAVE had this one... Like you, often when I am using my QD, the screen with flicker for about a hundredth of a second and then return to normal! Strange, very strange...
