Hello,

Just wondering if there is anything that I can use to enter contacts on my pc and then transfer them to my P900?

Huge thanks in advance

Outlook, Organiser, Lotus Notes? That's the whole point of the P900 and other smartphones! Seriously Henry, RTFM!

Ok ok... so I should have said is there anything bar the normal outlook or lotus something smaller. I just dont want to enter everything into my outlook as I dont want to use that for contact management.

Im not being a noob or anything, I have read the manual, I have read lots of forums and was just asking a simple question.

Apologies

Sorry Henry. I did think it seemed like a weird question from someone that's ben on here longer than I have!

Anyway, in that case, a VCard editor (Google or shareware.com should give you plenty o options) should do the trick. Indeed, the old windows contacts Manager (I believe it still comes on the Windows CD, just not installed by default. But you can add it) should work fine. And the P900 accepts VCards. Not sure how well it accepts them. I guess that depends partly on the software that created them. Try it with one or two contacts and, if that works, keep going.

Though, personally, I would invest 40 in a copy of IBM's Lotus Organiser 6 which works brilliantly with the PC Suite. You can download it direct from the lotus software website if you have a debit\credit card. I didn't get half the problems when I used Lotus that I have now my company has switched to the dark side (Outlook).
