One program I really want, and can't find, is to be able to easily set reminders. I want to turn on my phone in the morning and see "Ring Rob" or "Talk to Mel about job" or "Renew magazine sub." Ideally it would vibrate/flash/bleep 30mins/5mins before that particular "reminder" is about to start.
Any ideas anyone? I can't be the only one who needs this sort of functionality! The standard calendar app isn't good enough - I don't want to have to set a meeting-alarm to be reminded to buy some stamps, and I need it displayed on the "main screen" of the phone.
Any help much appreciated

Hi
there is an app called reminme. see if you can find it.
What about if you create a note through the day and send it to yourself via SMS just before you switch your phone off for the night, before the message gets back to you.
In the morning, turn your phone on, new message with todays reminders!?
I set up all reminders (providing I am at home) on outlook then synch with phone - 100 times faster then entering each on the phone itself - I set up about 40 birthdays, meetings, appointments and general reminders in about 15 minutes.

Yep, outlook is the way to go if you have it. If not, you can probably find something from handango.com. I think there's something called Handy that does this.

This is quite an old thread - deiwise, did you find an app to do what you wanted?
If not, have you tried Active Today from Cibenix?
