Yeah I was asking cause I ordered my QD via the net and didnt get it from O2 but I am an O2 customer on contract.
Ive tried the settings on the website, but I have yet to recieve the text message with the download link on it, that I got with my 6600 all that time ago..
Anyone know what Im doing wrong on the 02.co.uk site? Ive tried selecting my phone as the 6600 and the N-Gage to get the settings, but then when I try the 6600 settings the website asks for your IMEI number but then after I type in my IMEI the website goes to a Error 404 page..

Part of your IMEI identifies what sort of phone you have, that's why the 6600 and/or N-Gage settings won't work...
