Nokia3650 to Siemens SX1

Hi Guys!

I am changing my phone from Nokia3650 to Siemens SX1.
How can I transfer all the settings from Nokia to SX1?
Included phone book, settings, profiles, calling groups, messages, calendar, etc.

I thought it would be the simpliest thing in the life to transfer datas between two Symbian phones... 😞

Thanx,
P.

Taking a wild guess, I would think the most likely option is to synch the 3650 to a computer, then sync from the computer to the SX1. However, in practice this involves software that can sync between compatible software on both ends. And if requires a computer. 😊

Another option is to send everything via email. I've used this to backup Notes out of my 3650. You can actually Mark All contacts, for example; then choose to Send via Email. This option assumes your 3650 is able to send email, and the SX1 can read from the account you sent to. Again, I have used that to backup my Notes in between a phone reformat. (Although I can sync calendar and contacts to my laptop, the Notes app doesn't sync.)

Question: what made you decide to switch to the SX1? I had thought about the same thing on multiple occasions, but decided that there are newer phones than the SX1 that I might as well consider at this date.
