A polyphonic ringtone is just a midi file, so go find a site with midi files and go for your life. I've found altering mp3 files a much better way to produce ringtones because the speaker can handle it, and the phone's got plenty of memory. Just find a sound editing program and use the first 30 sec of a song. Plus, I'm sure there's nothing illegal about it if you own the cd with the music on it.
