Nokia connectivity driver

how come when i try to install the nokia connectivity driver it gives me an error message saying, "setup requires at least service pack 1 installed in the targeted machine"?!? anyone know what that means? thanks in advance

IT MEANS U HAVE U DOWNLOAD <SERVICE PACK 1A> FROM www.microsoft.com
