When I encode an SMS on the P-800 using the keypad or the touch screen and click on the To:____ button, the contact number I want to use does not appear in either the "All" or "Unfiled" lists. When I open the contacts list, however, I see that particular number. Is there anything in the Settings that I may have missed? Suggested solution(s) will be appreciated.
Problem with SMS (Contacts)
Only numbers denoted within the contacts list as Mobile phone numbers will appear in the "To" list for SMS text messages. If you've entered everything as a landline number (or you've synched accross and they've been miss-categorised), then I'm afraid you'll have to go through them all and move them into the correct field!
