Can't get remote software to work on 6620! HELP!

Alright this is frustrating. I have installed every version of IRremote on my 6620 and none of them work for me. As soon as I try and use the remote software, it just resets my phone. Can anyone help? Is there another another company that makes IR remote software for the 6620? Replys are much appreciated

Is that an old software with keygens and cracks? If it is then you deserve it.
Thing is u might want to format your phone because these softwares may cause other programs to come crashing down. I dont know, but my friend had this problem with cracked psiloc products. 🙄

posting a link to the manufac. website is really noobish. thanks for nothing... ass

and it was the trial.... ass

You are free to turn your brain on, instead of lame insults.

I'm pretty sure the manufacturer's support people are much better equipped to assist you (trial or not) than other users here. That's why I posted a link to their support page with a support email address where to send your question(s).

I Dl'd the trial version of psiloc's IR Remote, all that happens is I have now an icon, and a bunch of files (skins, etc) and my phone pauses while booting to say "please reset phone", implying sort of like windows software that requires a reboot to complete installation...

Since there appears to be no docs in the manual called "reset", I am going to try some of the hacks to truly restore to factory fresh.

While on the topic of "frustrated":

1. My Motorola Bluetooth: The phone rings, I flip open the headset (turns it on) phone says "connected to headset", I talk, nothing. I put phone to my ear, it is still on the handset! I flip the bluetooth closed, the phone says "bluetooth closed, switch to handset?" etc.

2. Phone rings. Before I can answer, phone turns to lit Nokia screen, and reboots, -or- just ignores keypresses then comes back eventually (one time - the rest it rebooted).

The above usually happens "after a while", the phone is very nice upon reboot, and is for a while. Starting to think I should periodically "reboot" it. (warm boot = power off and on? Cold boot = remove battery?)
