im a gamerlover i buy the n gage 6 moths ago in the u.s it was working cool until one day.........

..... one moring i turn on my N- Gage and the (down arrow) donst work it was wired how that happend and until know i cant play cool whitout an arrow .....

somebody knows if its blocked or if is only temporal ....?

Maybe dirt or something under the cover. Remove it & the keymat, clean it of anything that shouldn't be there, reassemble.

If it isn't enough, I'd suggest a Nokia service center.
