how to delete software from 7610 ?

i installed a few programms and a few codecs http://www.lonelycatgames.com/mobile/smartmovie/codec/codec_xvid_s60.zipin in the handy memory now i don't know how to delete them plz help

Run the "Manager" app, scroll to whatever apps you want to uninstall, hit "Options", choose "Remove" from the menu. You might also want to read the phone's User's Guide; all sorts of useful stuff like that described there. 😉

Thank you ...

but by one uninstall i got an error message (a datei could not be deleted)
but the program disappeared from the list
