Right i have uninstalled pc suite, removed the infrared cable, got myself a bluetooth dongle this morning. I have installed the dongle ok, and the phone and computer must be seeing each other ok becaus when i enable bluetooth on my nokia it comes up with the name of my computer, the problem starts when i then try tp pair it with my computer it says "cannot pair with ???" question marks being name of my pc, so as not to confuse anyone lol. i also have a icon on my task bar saying "local area connection 4, a network cable is unplugged"

Any help folks.
Thanks.

Phone has found my computer name but will not pair with it , whats going on, if it see the computer why wont it pair lol.

I'm having the same problem with my 3620. The computer and phone see each other, then they don't. It's getting me quite frustrated.

I had this same problem. For me all it turned out to be was a setting allowing "Discovery" to be turned on. That supposedly allowed other bluetooth devices to find my computer (even though my phone could find my comp before it just wouldn't pair). Hope that makes sense and helps.
