Hi ppl
I have had a search but couldn't find my answer so apologies if this has already been answered.
I'm having trouble connecting a jabra bt200 bluetooth headset to a 3650.
I have tried with 2 3650's now and in both cases the headset pairs with the phones beautifully but when i try to connect, both phones read "unable to create bluetooth connection"
Is there a problem that anyone knows of with 3650's and this device? or is it more likely i've got a dodgy jabra?
If this is a known problem which headset is reccomended for a 3650?
Any help much appreciated
T.
I have the same setup - different problems
I can pair OK but ..
Phone does not connect automatically when making a call
Phone does not disconnect when ending a call
Not really functional unfortunately. I have asked Jabra for support. Will post their reply if I get one!

N3650 doesn't support Bluetooth headset profile, only Bluetooth handsfree profile.
You need to use "alternative pairing" procedure.

In case your Jabra doesn't support alternative pairing way, you need to let upgrade its firmware.
Hi TOM, unless your head piece says "52B" on the inside near the MIC, then your Jabra won't work correctly with your phone. It's a bug on Jabra's part. After days of trying to figure out why my new toy wouldn't work, I waited on the line with Jabra for 40 minutes for them to tell me that I had the wrong headset. This was mainly because of amazon.com's error. They shipped me the wrong model of the BT200.
I think that this headset is a piece of s--- anyway. Within a month of having it, the paint has already very noticably came off and now the plastic has cracked. It's barely been used and left my room. And in its current cosmetic condition its in, will never.
Hope I've helped!
