Can someone tell me why Simbianware.com's Full Screen Caller 3 doesn't work on a 6620

I bought FSCaller 3.0 4 days ago. Installed it correctly on my phone and configured all possible options. I even registered it. However, no matter what, when someone calls, I still get the phone's built-in caller ID.

The app says FSCaller: ON. It also suggest its active.

Symbian tech support emailed me back with a fixed version of their app. Look for their updated version to their app on their website!

I have the same problem and emailed them but yet I have not received any response from them. How long did it took for them to respond to your email?
