Is there a way to disable or hide built-in callerID?

I just purchased Full Screen Caller ID which does a much better job of displaying caller ID information. However, I see the builtin caller ID show up first for a brief second.

You cant disable caller id (as far as i know) you see the default first because it takes a second for the Fsc app to kick in.
