ok i got oggplayer in it now how do i get my songs on the cell?? do i just send them over in mp3 formate?? or do i have to convert them some how??

You'll need to convert your MP3 format files to OGG file format, or re-rip to OGG. www.google.com is your friend here, but try www.cdex.com for a good Ogg Ripper

how many songs can u put on the phone without a memory card??
3.2 mb of user storage, so give yourself some room to store the OGG Player, and some sapre space, about 2mb., you *reall* need an MMC Memory card 😉
