I've transferred a few video files from my PC after converting them in the PC Suite Multimedia player. The sound and picture quality is great, but on playback, the video freezes after 2mins 10 secs.
This happens in both Realplayer and the video editor. Does anyone know of a fix?
I've seen the behaviour. Nokia has a newever Multimedia player where this issue has been addressed, but you may have to wait for it to be released with a PC Suite update on http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite
You could try downloading whatever is the latest version there now to see if it has been released.
If the fix isn't in that package yet, wait for an update, or try to get it from Nokia's customer support directly.
Thanks for that. I downloaded PC Suite v6.2 from the nokia website, and the problem has now been fixed. 😊
