Hello, I have a prolem, I bought a nokia 7610 in Thailand (400 only).
The problem is that the languages are:english, thai, and malaysian.
I need to turn it in italian, does anyone know how to do that?

You will have to take/send it to a Nokia authorized service center which can flash (update) it with a different language firmware (phone's built-in software). They may charge for the job.

Hi, I don't think u can change the language, coz I rang to my local nokia centre the other day, they told me it is imposible..

I live in Australia, I also looking forward to get a chinese or Thai language on my phone.

If your first language is not English or couldn't understand English well, you better off getting your phone from your country of origin. Usually, the phone's language will be preset to the language of where you bought the phone from. Or at least it has other optional language.

The person you talked to didn't know diddly squat, or was just trying to get you off his/her back. Of course you can change the language. And Nokia releases firmware versions with 2-3 different languages for different markets (can't fit them all in the phone very well). A Nokia service center should have access to all language versions (if they want to).
