I have the same problem. Its only on the USDM Nokia 6620. The 6600 from europe doesn't seem to have this problem. Ive contacted psiloc and they really have no Idea... I think they are trying to come out with an update for the 6620 but I'm not sure...
What did they say when you contacted them?
