copy error on uploading 3gp file to phone

I was wondering if anyone has had the problem of there being a copy error when uploading a 3gp movie file from the computer to the phone via bluetooth. I am able to do other file transfers but not this one, especially files that are like 90kb sizes.
Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

What memory are you using maybe the phone memory is almost full, try doing a restart as well, and move the big files to the MMC. Hope that helps.
