I want to set one or two people up so that when they call or txt, the phone doesnt ring or bleep at all. I know I have to set up a caller group and add them to it but I still cant get it as I want it, any ideas?

Well how do you want it and what have you managed so far?
I have set up a caller group and assigned the people to the caller group.
The only quick solution I can think of is to create a midi file that plays I not with no volume and assign it to the group as a ringtone! That will do when they call you!
I dont think this is possible with SMS though!
The only way is to turn your phone into Silent mode, but you already know that!

Alternatively, in your Profiles editor, you can specify the groups from which you wish to hear nothing.
You can do this (if I understood you correctly...),
1. Create the CALLER GROUP i.e EX GIRLFRIENDS
2. Select the profile for the phone
Profiles/Personalise/Alert For/
un-check the 'All Calls' box and check the box for the caller groups you
WANT the phone to ring for and when you get a call from a number in
caller group EX GIRLFRIENDS the phone will not ring!!!!

Thanks for ur input guys, Janafunk, I have done as u suggested, which I had tried b4 I think, but by doing that, it stops all calls from ringing apart from the one I want to block!! Its almost like I have to have a caller group with my entire address book in apart from this number!! Ian
