Can't help you with your Mac (except to make sure that you have the latest iSync & whatever OS 10 version is required for that & if it doesn't help, you could always contact Apple's customer support).
Also, there is no place where to plug in a cable in the 7650.
You may buy a dongle. It just costs 40$

You should find other products.
All of the programs included il macos X works with the 7650 ical, adress book, isync...).

A Bluetooth Dongle. You can get yourself a cheap one from most High Street phone shops. It's a lot less problematic than on PC and easy to set up.
With regards to IR or Cables I would not bother. Bluetooth is best with a Mac. HTH

this was a great thing i got a cheap one from ebay.
SO next step is to get a player i collected some streams
here:
teststreams for mobile phones:
LIVE AACPLUS STREAM - per RFC-3016
FILE AACPLUS 48kbps RTP-GENERIC
FILE AAC 32kbps RTP-LATM
so you can check, i heard that nokia
has no support for AAC in 3gp container
so any idas ?
i have a test stream from my Darwin Streaming server that i tuned to 3gp here:rtsp://let.dyndns.tv/5_sec.mov
any tips for my nokia to recieve the stream?

Very interesting posting, I wish you would have started a new thread for it... 😉 Anyhow, are the first three RTSP streams set up by you, too, and are they online all the time? It's a bit hard to find such test streams on the internet, so I would like to add the URLs to the Audiocoding.com Wiki page about test samples.
Concerning AAC in *.3gp and/or RTSP streams on Nokia phones I would guess that you have to use RealPlayer 10 Mobile for that, and it depends on that application what will work and what not. AAC LC is part of the 3GPP standard (mandatory now, optional later), so Nokia phones should play them, too. As far as I know, their Multimedia Converter app does not use an AAC encoder (only AMR probably due to license fees), but if you already have an AAC file or bitstream, there shouldn't be a hardware problem at least.
By the way, the normal method of producing *.3gp files on the Mac would be QuickTime 6.5 Pro, but you probably know this already.
