I had no problems with synchronization before but after changing my notebook I encountered the PIM error when synchronizing with Lotus Notes. The error is "PIM/file/database/identity is not found."
Any of you encountered this error before? How can I fix this? Please help! :con?
I contacted the Sony Ericsson Call Centre here in Manila and inform them about this issue. The lady said she will call me back because the first troubleshooting step didn't work. She instructed me to uncheck the "use the default server and database file" on the synchronization settings.
While waiting for her call I repaired my Lotus Notes and performed a master reset on my phone. After that I tried synchronizing again. Issue resolved!
I called the lady and told her that I resolved the issue by myself. 😃
