I didn't see any mention of Warez in his post, he just wanted advice on where to download a few applications for his phone,. A good google for the type of application will no doubt turn up a couple of sites that might help you out, without knowing what sort of appliaction you are after we can't really help.
Please state what sort of application you are wanting.
I think the topic title: "Full Apps for free?", says it all. You can find all the apps/games available for Series 60, both freeware and commercial, right here.
