Problem with USB-Cable

5 replies · 2,088 views · Started 27 August 2004

it finally arrived today 😊

but the first problem occured. i'd like to sync my sendo x with my computer using usb. so far, not good: 'mrouter' recognizes the connection, but the 'sendo pc connect' software tells me that there is no phone connected.

does anyone have a clue?

Have you installed the Sendo X driver? On the CD there is a driver folder. If you don't install this the Sendo PC connect software won't work. I also had this problem for a while...

also try using it on a USB hub if you have one, or if it is in the USN hub, try it on a normal usb port on your pc.

that helped 4 me 😎

thanks for your replies 😊

yes, i installed the drivers and no, there is no usb-hub. i guess there is a problem with the software.

try using a different usb port. remove pc connect then reboot.

reinstall pc connect, then reboot

make sure the usb plug is inserted in the right way (arrows at the front side of the mobile)

then start pc connect. it should work. try right clicking on the icon of mrouter in tray and in properties, select usb 😉

a friend of mine gave me a little tool named "winsockxpfix.exe" and now everthing works fine 😊
