Right, i have spent god knows how long searching this site for help on video stuff for the 7610...
I haven't found what i'm looking for really.
All i want to do is get video's on my phone.
At the moment i have mpeg files, and quicktime movie file. These are music vids.
I need to convert the files to either .3gp, .amr, .mp4, .rm and .ram.
As you all know.
Please someone just give me a link to a good converter, compression doesn't matter as i have a 1gb mem card...i just want decent quality.
Please put me out of my misery.
The P900 was so much easier to use god dammit, i love this phone, but i need to watch me vids etc!

Nokia 7610 package comes with the CD Software, USB cable and etc. If you want to convert your video files, just install PC Suite that comes with the phone. You can convert MP3s, video files, CD audio to .3gp and .aac files.
The video and sound quality is not that good after you convert it to .3gp and start playing it in your phone though.
You do have the the software CD, rite??

I have the CD...but 3gp's quality is a disgrace!

Surely there's something out there!
For quicktimemovies you need 'quickeditor' do a google for it, with that and quicktime 6 installed you will be able to convert you .mov's directly to .3pg (and better than nokia does it) or can convert to .avi.
Also have a look at helix producer for making .rm files which the phone can read.
Or you can try smartmovie which is a PC encoder and mobile player
Or you can try PV Auther/Player
Or there is Oplayer again which is an encoder/player
