Help !!! Wap Browser Got Corrupted!!!!

I was just downloading a software on my n-gage qd and it restarted without completing download before restarting it said "app.media server closed." now after restart whenever i open web from main menu and then click on my bookmark or open any url the program closes and said "app. closed browser". I have restarted my set many times no use however I am able to use other programs and all those programs too who need to connect to the net. please help!!! is there any way other than flashing my phone device and reloadeing the symbian os again!!!.
