NGAGE buttons won't work!!!!

Hi All,

The 2 5 8 and 0 on my ngage wont work. However hard I press then they wont register.

Could this be a software error?

What to do???

Remove the covers & keymap, clean any dirt, if any. Reassemble. If it still doesn't work, make a backup (to MMC with the "Memory" app, or to your PC using PC Suite) & have it serviced (unlikely to be a software problem).
