Contact picture dimensions?

Greetings all,

I hope I haven't missed something obvious, but what are the image dimensions for contact's photos? Also, is anyone aware of a way to sync that up with Outlook?

Don;t have exact size to hand, but when you import a picture you get the whole picture and a little box you can scale/move around the picture to get the right view - and then the 9210 resizes it. Not aware of any way to sync the pic to Outlook though.
