I found some threads on other forums that call it the CLI setting? I don't know what it is about. But other than dialing numbers manually with *94 prefixed - which makes the address book seemingly useless - I cannot find a setting that allows you to permanently release or send my number with my call so that on the recipient's phone it is displayed as me...
