Hello. I just bought a N7650 from somebody and he forgot to tell me the security code. I would like to format the phone before i start using it. Is there any way to change the ode without knowing it? Or bypass it anyway or any other way i can do something about it. Please help.

You could always ask that someone? If not, why not?
The only other way is to have an authorized Nokia service center reflash the phone with new firmware. It will clear the security/lock code.
And just in case (there's always a risk with someone elses old phone, especially if you don't know the seller): It won't help, though, if the phone has been reported stolen by the previous owner or an insurance company (in which case it - or its serial number - will be blacklisted by all decent operators in the world).
