:con? I love my 3650 but one thing is really bugging the hell out of me and that is the Real player. I have a few music vid clips that I have downloaded which, when I play them on my 3650 "hang", either the sound or the pic, or sometimes both. Having skimmed thru the various threads I didnt notice that this is a common problem, so, is it my phone or is it just like that with the Real player in the 3650. My friend has a 6600 (DROOL!!!!) and all my vids play perfectly on that.......... have put my MMC in his phone. Have also downloaded the Helix player and in some cases it has made an improvement and in others it got worse. Boo hoo!

Have you tried ever formatting the phone? That seems to be the only "cure" besides flashing.
Cheers for the tip, have reformatted both the MMC and the phone but no joy. I guess it might be a software problem. Anyway, once again, thanks for sparing me the time. 😊
I too have installed real player v4 and besides the fact that it can open more files it did only worse. All my clips play very or don't play at all. I removed it and stuck to the vers installed on the phone 3 something. You should do the same.

The only update to the Real Player I have added is Helix (which is part of the Real group). Otherwise the player is as was on purchase. Sigh. Still, its better than my old 3510i and hours of mindless fun are guarenteed 😃

To get the Helix player (its free!!) you have to register with HELIX and then you can download the player. The link is somewhere on this board but failing that there is this one: https://player.helixcommunity.org/

Have u tried changing to "High Framerate" in the Video option after launching RealOne Player? Maybe that could help, or maybe not if you've tried it 😊
