Failed app install now won't uninstall

I tried installing Bounce and did not notice the popup phone message asking to retry.

On my PC the Bounce application said it failed to install. When I look on the 3650 I see the Bounce application in App Manager but the icon to the left of it is not a phone icon. The icon is some other icon.

The log shows that it is installed. But when I try to uninstall it I get a message on the phone that uninstall failed.

I tried to reinstall the Bounce app from my PC again. But now it says that there is not enough memory. I even tried downloading Symbian's App Manager to see if it would help but it didn't.

Any ideas on how to forcibly remove it?

Thanks

What Id do is restart the phone in safe mode to maximise the use of at least more memory then reinstall bounce. Once done Id uninstall it if thats what you want to happen. Cause it seems to me that your memory is almost full thats why the phone sets different icons for the program. Free memory also.
