It took ages for companies to release a clone of Outlook 2003 for PALM such as Beyond Contacts. Do you know if there are any similar producs for the Symbian OS or JAVA Phone?
Why? Because I doubt PC Suite synchronises Outlook's 80 fields, notes, emails and so on. [I am planning to buy a nokia phone but I really need this or I will buyt a Smart Phone]

I don't know what PALM synchronizes or what "Beyond Contacts" is, but you are right in that the Nokia PC Suite does not sychronize every, single field an Outlook contact can have, and it doesn't synchronize email at all.
Browse this list for all kinds of apps for Nokia phones based on the Series 60 Platform, if that's the type of Nokia phone you're thinking of:

What I really need is the contact to be as close as possible to outlook 2003. Does anyone know such an application dor the Symbian 60 series please?

"Beyond contacts" is an application for Palm Pilots that emulates 100% Outlook 2003. Emails, Contacts with the 80 fields, notes... I was very surprised not to see such an application for palm pilots until 1 year ago know palm have been around for so long and that Outlook is for many the default contact/email application. Now that is is out I do not want to cary myself with a Palm Pilot I would prefer to have a small phone (that is why I do not want a Smart Phone) such as the upcoming 6260 from nokia to carry all my contacts.

What about oxygen software? Symbian or Nokia vesion? Does it have an improve contact similar to outlook?
