I have got information that the preproduction serie of 9500 for customer use is going to be launched next week.
The software versions are also detrmined under next fortnigth. After that the will be short user pilot.
If everything goes well so the products are ready for customer launch in the end of october or in november.
I�ve got info that there are severe problems with duration of batteries with w-lan use.

Not good (problems with battery consumption using WLAN)!!!! I know they still have some time to fix, but I definately DO hope they fix it, since WLAN would be very important to me...
Me too! My mates keep asking why I want such a big phone - I just say "WLAN" and grin 😃

If this WLAN battery problem turns out to be true, then it will simply ruin the launch. Everyone will be using loads of WLAN. I've planned to move 99% of my online work to my 9500.
Nokia had better get the battery life SORTED!
