Help Please!

i have a nokia 6600. when i recieve a sound file from bluetooth, it doesnt seem to work or it just plays a part of the file. (if the file comes from ANOTHER 6600, it works just fine, but if it comes from a 7650 or a P800/P900, it does not work). please help me fix this problem!
