I don't know whether I'll be able to get it first in the UK, or my other home in Sungai Petani, Kedah
🙄

Selaamat!

Ihave had the full range of communicators since N9000 in 1995.
9210i is the best device so far and I prefer 9500 to 9300 cos the wlan.

Guse

Same here - the WLAN will be great at home, but then, I suspect that I'll be able to judge both units side by side shortly.

I guess I have to check the keyboard of the 9300. Unfortunately I won't make it to the Symbian Expo in London, but I will be at the NMC in November. Then I should know. WLAN is nice, but I really don't need so much, the same with the camera. 9300 looks more stylish. 9500 is still the same old brick... 😃

SO it is actually possible to get it right smaller (9300). IF only the WIFI is still inbuilt. There are a lot of wireless accesses (company and home) and downloading emails is cheaper and faster via WiFi

Again Nokia never builts a complete product with the latest style.....

You would be able to find it in KL hopefully, Sungai Wang Plaza ;p the root of it all.

As for the 9300 I don't think I would prefer its small so I suspect typing on it would be a bit more difficult. Currently the 9210's keys are perfect and have good distance for the fingers. The 9500's are a bit smaller and keys are squarer would make a bit difficult maybe you would press other keys if you have big fingers, but the 9210's are round and okay. So if the 9300's are more smaller than the 9500's even then typing would be a problem.

Conclusion:
They have shown a picture of a women always in the 9300 pics on the nokia's website so I suppose its a women's phone and they would use it. Small fingers, small phones.

when nokia launched the 9210, there were many unsatisfied customers,
as the 9210 had many problem, it was crashing more often etc etc,

soon after nokia launched the 9210i, which was amuch better phone,
but it led to many unsatisfied customers who had purchased the 9210 as they were stuck with a phone even nokia had discontinued and made obsolete,

will it repeat itself with the 9500,
it does look pretty good till now,

but what if they decide to launch another version of 9500 within 6months,

since they were talking of a touch screen phone to start off with,

that will be disastrous for everyone buying the 9500,

wel, u seem to be soo anxious... geting a 9500 of d shelf on its 1st few weeks is like being ripped off & feelin gud abt it for a wyl at d same tym!😉

I'd probobaly wait. The price will surely drop $100 even more just 2-3 months after the release. So why waste $100 or more just to buy it in the first week it is released.

I can use my 9210i and its still going to be the same, so I guess prices always decrease rapidly as Nokia wants to profit in the first days, if they see not alot of people buying it as their initial cost price is quite high, when they market newer items released from the factory after the initial releases, they would lower the prices on the phone.

well i agree with u
but the price will take months to falls not day
and the excitment is also less when u buy 2-3months later

Its a question of knowin a lot of people Hi & low... Its a matter of knowin wer to get it & how to get it! Wel, dats how it works hir in the Philippines!😊

Ismail wrote:for the price to lower it would probably take a couple of months

This wht i say that it is most waiting device and it won't get price down atleast 2-3 months.

I agree with vicky
i love the excitment you get when you have a new phone
getting a phone when its first released is really enjoyable
